This unique and extraordinary extra virgin olive oil is made from early-harvest olives. The result is an oil rich in antioxidants, with notes of tomato and tomato plant, freshly cut grass, green almond and banana, and hints of artichoke and aromatic herbs. Reminiscences of arugula and green pepper.

Perfect with tomatoes, artichokes, grilled vegetables, legumes, blue fish, and white meats. Excellent raw and outstanding also when used in cooking.

Crafted from olives cultivated in our family groves farm in Sicily, hand-picked early in the season, and extracted within hours from harvest in our best-in-class mill to obtain a nutraceutical extra virgin olive oil rich in antioxidants and health properties.
