Extra virgin Olive Oil I.G.P. Sicilia- Organic U’Ciuri is the selection we make every year of our best Nocellara del Bellice variety. Grown at different altitudes and handpicket using the “brucatura” method at the beginning of October. It is characterized by its intense perfumes of green tomato, freshly picked grass and aromatic herbs. It has an intense and harmonious bitterness and spiciness with long and pleasant persistence in the mouth.

Artisanal EVOO
This Unique and extraordinary EVOO is crafted from early-harvest heirloom olives hand picket with the “brucatura” traditional method. U’Ciuri is rich in antioxidants, with intense aromas of tomate, freshly cut grass and aromatic herbs. The mouthfeel is bitter and spicy yet harmonious, with a long and pleasing persistence.

Harvest / Milling
Crafted from olives cultivated in our family groves farm in Sicily, hand-picked early in the season, and extracted within hours from harvest in our best-in-class mill to obtain a nutraceutical extra virgin olive oil rich in antioxidants and health properties.
- Farm milled and bottled in dark green glass to best preserve freshness.
- Our U’Ciuri is heart-healthy due to its high content of Oleic Acid, Polyphenols and Vitamin E.
