This Unique and extraordinary EVOO is crafted from early-harvest heirloom olives hand picket with the “brucatura” traditional method. U’Ciuri is rich in antioxidants, with intense aromas of tomate, freshly cut grass and aromatic herbs. The mouthfeel is bitter and spicy yet harmonious, with a long and pleasing persistence.

Great for red meat, tuna fish and blue fishes, salads, legumes, tomate salads, tomate sauce, pizza; and, as always, don’t forget to experiment!

Crafted from olives cultivated in our family groves estate in Sicily, hand-picked early in the season, and extracted within hours from harvest in our best-in-class mill to obtain a nutraceutical extra virgin olive oil rich in antioxidants and health properties.
