Artisanal EVOO

This Unique and extraordinary EVOO is crafted from early-harvest heirloom olives. The resulting EVOO is rich in antioxidants, with sweet notes of almond mixed with other plant flavours reminiscent of lettuce and green tomat.

Food Pairings

Delicato is a very versatile EVOO. Great for white fish, vegetables, fresh salads, pasta and fruit ice creams. And as always, don’t forget to experiment!

Harvest / Milling

Crafted from olives cultivated in our family groves farm in Sicily, picked early in the season, and extracted within hours from harvest in our best-in-class mill to obtain a nutraceutical extra virgin olive oil rich in antioxidants and health properties.

Farm milled and bottled in dark green glass to best preserve freshness.
Our Delicato is heart-healthy due to its high content of Oleic Acid, Polyphenols and Vitamin E.
