We are proud to share this limited edition of our land and labour and are convinced that its extraordinary result—1670 bottles for 2025—will evoke the same emotion in you that it gave us in creating it. A Grand Cru made from Cerasuola olives harvested from a micro-area of our estate, where the special terroir amplifies the organoleptic nuances of this variety achieving results never seen before. Bursting and intense and at the same time very balanced and pleasant with its notes of rocket, misticanza, green tomato and black cabbage. It is characterised by a bitterness and spicinesss of rocket and celery leaves and a long finish of green pepper.

Our limited edition EVOO is crafted from early harvest heirloom olives. Rich in antioxidants with over 800 poliphenols. With Decisive, vegetal notes of tomato leaf, freshly cut grass, dewlap, celery, walnut husk, mint and with fruity hints reminiscent of banana and green apple.

Harvest / Milling

Crafted from olives cultivated in our family groves farm in Sicily, picked early in the season, and extracted within hours from harvest in our best-in-class mill to obtain a nutraceutical extra virgin olive oil rich in antioxidants and health properties.

Farm milled and bottled in dark green glass to best preserve freshness.
This product is heart- healthy due to its high content of Oleic Acid, more than 800 plyphenols, and Vitamin E.
