U’Ciuri is the selection we make every year from our best Nocellara del Belice olives. Grown at different altitudes and harvested at the beginning of October using the method known as “brucatura”, it is characterised by its intense bouquet of tomato, freshly mowed grass and aromatic plants. It is bitter with a harmonious, peppery aftertaste that lingers in the mouth and is very pleasant.

Verde is our blend characterised by its fresh plant aromas that are reminiscent of green almonds, lettuce, celery and green banana. Its notes of cinnamon stand out and it has a marked balsamic minty taste. It has a mildly intense flavour with the bitterness of chicory and green almonds, and a spiciness that brings to mind rocket and green pepper. Elegant and with a pleasant lingering aftertaste.
