U’Ciuri is the selection we make every year of our best Nocellara del Bellice variety. Grown at different altitudes and handpicket using the “brucatura” method at the beginning of October. It is characterized by its intense perfumes of green tomato, freshly picked grass and aromatic herbs. It has an intense and harmonious bitterness and spiciness with long and pleasant persistence in the mouth.

Verde is our blend of typical Sicilian varieties chractrised by fresh and vegetal aromas reminiscent of tomato leaf, green banan, green almond and celery. Notes of green pepper and a marked balsamic mint note stand out. The flavour is of medium intensity with a bitterness of chicory and green almonds and a spiciness reminiscent os arugula and green pepper. Elegant and pleasant persistent.

Verde: This Unique and extraordinary EVOO is crafted from early-harvest heirloom olives. The resulting EVOO is rich in antioxidants, with green fruitiness, well-balanced bitterness and pungency, and fresh fragrance with notes of tomato, aromatic herbs, and artichoke.
