U’Ciuri is the selection we make every year from our best Nocellara del Belice olives. Grown at different altitudes and harvested at the beginning of October using the method known as “brucatura”, it is characterised by its intense bouquet of tomato, freshly mowed grass and aromatic plants. It is bitter with a harmonious, peppery aftertaste that lingers in the mouth and is very pleasant.
