The duration and expiration of Cookies and other similar Tracking Tools may vary depending on the settings defined by the Controller or each third-party provider. Some of them expire at the end of the User’s browsing session.
In addition to what is specified in the description of each of the categories listed below, Users can obtain more detailed and updated information on duration, as well as any other relevant information — such as the presence of other Tracking Tools — in the privacy policies of the respective third-party providers (through the links provided) or by contacting the Controller.

How to manage preferences and give or withdraw consent on this Application

Where the use of Trackers is based on consent, the User can give or withdraw such consent by setting or updating their preferences via the privacy settings panel available on this Application.

Regarding third-party Tracking Tools, Users can manage their preferences by visiting the related opt-out link (where available), using the tools described in the third party’s privacy policy, or by contacting the third party directly.

How to control or delete Cookies and similar technologies through your device settings

Users can use their browser settings to:
– View which Cookies or other similar technologies have been set on their device;
– Block Cookies or similar technologies;
– Delete Cookies or similar technologies from their browser.

Browser settings, however, do not allow for granular control of consent by category.

These services allow Users to manage tracking preferences for most advertising tools. The Controller therefore recommends that Users make use of these resources in addition to the information provided in this document.

The Digital Advertising Alliance also provides an application called AppChoices that helps Users control behavioral advertising in mobile applications.

—Consequences related to the refusal of Tracking Tool usage

Users are free to decide whether to allow the use of Tracking Tools. However, please note that Tracking Tools allow this Application to provide a better experience and advanced functionalities (in line with the purposes outlined in this document). Therefore, if the User decides to block the use of Tracking Tools, the Controller may not be able to provide the related functionalities.

Definitions and legal references

Personal Data (or Data)
Any information that, directly or indirectly, even in connection with any other information—including a personal identification number—makes a natural person identified or identifiable.

Usage Data
Information collected automatically through this Application (also from third-party applications integrated into this Application), including: IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the User who connects with this Application, URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numeric code indicating the server’s response status (successful, error, etc.), the country of origin, the features of the browser and operating system used by the visitor, the various time details of the visit (e.g., time spent on each page), and details about the path followed within the Application, with particular reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters about the User’s operating system and/or IT environment.

User
The individual using this Application who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.

Data Subject

Data Controller (or Controller)
